TERMS OF SERVICE

Access to Hormuz Watch is granted exclusively to authorized subscribers. You may not share, transfer, or disclose your login credentials to any third party. Each subscription is licensed to a single named individual or organization. Unauthorized access or use of this service is strictly prohibited.

All intelligence reports, PDF SITREPs, vessel tracking data, threat assessments, and AI-generated analysis produced by Hormuz Watch (collectively, "Reports") are proprietary and confidential. You may not: • Redistribute, republish, or share Reports with unauthorized parties • Use Reports for commercial purposes beyond your authorized use case • Remove, obscure, or alter any watermarks, attribution, or licensing information embedded in Reports • Screenshot, photograph, or otherwise reproduce Report content for distribution All Reports are digitally watermarked with your account identifier and generation timestamp. Unauthorized distribution is traceable and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Hormuz Watch intelligence products are derived from open-source information including AIS vessel tracking data, public news sources, and AI analysis. They are provided for informational and situational awareness purposes only. Hormuz Watch does not represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any intelligence product. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on this information. Hormuz Watch expressly disclaims liability for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from reliance on our intelligence products.

Hormuz Watch intelligence is NOT a substitute for official government advisories, professional maritime risk assessments, or certified navigation services. Do not make navigational, military, or life-safety decisions based solely on Hormuz Watch intelligence products. Always consult official sources including UKMTO, NAVCENT, and relevant flag state authorities for operational decisions.

We collect your name, email address, organization, and usage activity (report generation, vessel intel lookups). This data is used solely to provide and improve the service, and to enforce these Terms. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your account activity may be monitored for abuse prevention and terms compliance.

You may not use Hormuz Watch to: • Facilitate illegal activities or sanctions evasion • Track, surveil, or target specific individuals without lawful authority • Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent platform security • Automate or scrape data beyond normal interactive use • Provide intelligence to sanctioned entities or jurisdictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or at our sole discretion. Prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

The Hormuz Watch threat scoring methodology, 8-vector assessment model, analysis frameworks, and platform architecture are proprietary intellectual property. All rights reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our underlying methodology, algorithms, or software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
